Kinetic Shearing: Our hardened tool-steel discs feature a proprietary "Comb" groove pattern. They use the pallet's own forward momentum to bite and shear off hardened slurry without the shaving effect of static blades.

Passive Rotational Logic: Because the discs rotate upon contact, they don't stay on a single hot spot. This prevents the friction-heat that often bakes acrylic residues onto the pallet edge.

Hardened Tool Steel: We utilize high-grade, heat-treated tool steel for our discs, specifically engineered to withstand the abrasive nature of dry concrete while maintaining a surgical cutting edge.
