Description

In 2006, WELSCH launched our first bespoke spray system. In 2012 and 2022, we redefined it. Today, the 2025 RiLu® Spray Booth represents the absolute peak of production technology. While standard manufacturers offer basic plastic cabins or simple sheet-metal boxes, we provide a high-precision atmospheric containment system engineered to dominate the challenges of pure acrylic coating at 150 tiles per minute.

The Feeding Chamber:
Neutralizes incoming air turbulence
The Main Spray Cabin:
Featuring a specialized sloped-hood geometry to guide mist away from the tile path
The Exit Chamber:
A secondary lock captures residual spray mist, allowing it to settle on internal walls and flow back into the system for reuse

Seamless Engineering: The interior of the RiLu® cabin is constructed from high-grade, polished stainless steel. We have engineered the walls to be almost entirely free of ledges, corners, or dead zones where acrylic can rest and cure.

Kinetic Baffles: Internally, specialized stainless-steel baffles intercept intended overspray, directing it into a dedicated collection basin to prevent paint-fog and ensure a glass-smooth finish.

Integrated Recycling: Combined with our kinetic baffles, the booth is designed to capture the maximum amount of intended overspray. Instead of coating the walls, the paint is guided to a collection basin for recycling, lowering your material costs and your environmental footprint.

We offer a 2x2 nozzle configuration (two active, two redundancy) to ensure your line never stops.

Infinite Adjustability: Unlike fixed-bracket competitors, our nozzle sticks are seated in a high-precision RiLu® series ball-joint. This allows the operator to adjust the spray angle, depth, and orientation in all directions with a single movement. It ensures that even the most complex tile geometries, including high vertical edges, receive a perfectly uniform coating. On request, we integrate specialized side nozzles to ensure 100% coverage on even the deepest concrete roof tile profiles.

Calibrated Over-Tensioning:
Designed for a precise 4 to 8% belt stretch to eliminate catenary sag at high velocities
The Tension Window:
A dedicated performance dashboard allows the operator to visually confirm the exact grade of belt tension in real-time without stopping the line

We have eliminated the maintenance handcuffs of traditional spray systems with our unique plug-and-play scraper cartridges. Our belt scrapers are housed in a removable cartridge, just like a modern office printer. When the internal scraping chips need service, you simply click and swap. This ensures that the round or trapezoidal belts remain pristine at 150 TPM, protecting the underside of your product and your drive pulleys from paint contamination.

Dual-Stage Traction Cleaning: A primary scraper cleans the belt surface before the belt exits the cabin, while a secondary scraper cleans the belt's grip-profile immediately before it enters the drive pulley. The result: Pristine tile undersides and a drivetrain that remains clean and high torque through every shift.

WELSCH didn't just build a better spray booth; we engineered a closed-loop environment for the tile. From our unique nozzle-ball adjustment, providing infinite surgical angles, to our printer-logic scraper cartridges that guarantee a clean line, we have eliminated every pain point of modern pure-acrylic application. Featuring a near-seamless stainless-steel interior designed to reclaim every drop of overspray, we don't just apply coating; we master it.
