When a cylindrical horizontal applicator spins, it creates a vertical rain of oil. While this may suffice for flat surfaces, it fails on modern roof tile pallets with high mountains and deep valleys. The second biggest flaw in traditional applicators is the adjustment process. To change the oil film gap between the two shafts, an operator usually has to stop the line, open the unit, dismantle it, and manually adjust copper bushings. Our Innovation: We have engineered an external adjustment mechanism. You can now calibrate the internal oil film gap with surgical accuracy from the outside of the machine. No dismantling, no mess, and no lost production time. It is faster, safer, and significantly more accurate than any traditional bushing system.
