Spur Gearing (External & Internal): External spur gears from Module 0.3 to 15 with diameters from 8 mm to 800 mm, supporting helical pitches from 0° to 45°. Internal gearing from Module 0.5 to 10 with diameters up to 900 mm for maximum space utilization and high-torque transmission under virtually backlash-free conditions.

Precision Rack & Synchronization Systems: We manufacture racks from Module 0.8 to 14 in virtually any length. By mastering the transition from the involute profile to the trapezoidal reference profile, we eliminate the cogging effect, ensuring smooth power transmission. Every rack undergoes rigorous Induction Hardening and CNC profile grinding.

Worm Gear Sets & High-Ratio Drives: Module 1 to 10; diameters from 10 mm to 320 mm; twist lengths from 400 mm to 650 mm; and helix angles up to 15°. We consider critical properties such as self-locking potential and thermal efficiency during the design phase.

All gearing operations are finalized after heat treatment using specialized grinding processes within our circle. Precision Grinding: Final tooth profiles are ground to achieve micrometer-level accuracy, ensuring smooth engagement and reduced wear. Certified Documentation: Final quality verification and technical documentation are conducted in close consultation with our customers, utilizing state-of-the-art metrology from top-tier European providers.
