Stainless Steel Curing Crates

Description
The curing chamber is one of the most hostile environments in a production facility. At WELSCH, we engineer our Curing Crates to serve as the high-capacity steel skeleton of your logistics, designed to withstand high humidity, chemical exposure, and the immense weight of continuous 150 TPM production.
Engineered for High-Volume Throughput: Our curing crates support the seamless flow of up to 7,200 tiles per hour (120 TPM). This requires a structural design that can handle several tons of concrete per rack without a millimeter of deflection. Every shelf is dimensionally matched to your finger-cars and palletizing robots.
Proprietary Automated Assembly & Welding: We utilize a highly specialized, custom-developed Robotic Welding Fixture to ensure absolute geometric repeatability. Individual components, including flat stabilization profiles and U-shaped sheet elements, are precision-clamped in a specialized device. Controlled Thermal Management with a Precise Pre-Heating Protocol reduces internal residual stresses and optimizes the metallurgical transition at the weld seam.
Hybrid Joining & Wear Components: We utilize specially bent and canted slide rails, welded into the frame to provide a surgical path for pallets to glide through. Heavy-Duty Riveting: On request, we offer riveting as an alternative joining method. This provides an exceptionally strong, fatigue-resistant connection that excels in environments where constant thermal expansion and vibration are factors. We rely exclusively on high-grade stainless steel profiles to eliminate the risk of corrosion, ensuring that your curing environment remains clean and your infrastructure remains maintenance-free.
