Description

The chain plates support and guide the coated wood fiber panels and laminate planks, while simultaneously preventing wood dust, glue residue, and other particles from entering the high-precision joints and rollers of the block link chains.
Primarily, the chain plates have a function comparable to that of a car tire. The workpieces have different surfaces and are transported at product-specific speeds and pressures. Here, the choice of the product-contacting support is crucial. The supports must generate the highest possible static friction on the workpieces, be manufactured with extreme precision, and be extremely wear-resistant.
